On May 14, 2024, Li Chenggui, Vice President of Guilin Information Engineering Vocational College (hereinafter referred to as "Guixin Engineering"), led a delegation of six deans of relevant secondary colleges and leaders of the School Enterprise Cooperation Office to Guilin Power Capacitor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guirong Company") for an exchange and discussion on "visiting enterprises and expanding employment". Both parties exchanged ideas on new models of school enterprise cooperation, jointly promoting the integration of industry and education, and student employment. Li Gang, Vice General Manager of Guirong Company, Li Bing, Chairman of the Labor Union, Long Yuping, Director of the Enterprise Management and Human Resources Department, and other personnel attended the symposium.

At the symposium, both sides held in-depth discussions on various aspects such as talent cultivation, joint construction of internship bases, joint scientific research projects, and vocational skills certification. Li Gang, Deputy General Manager of Guirong Company, warmly welcomed the visit of Guilin Information Engineering Vocational College and introduced the relevant situation, employment standards, and job requirements of the enterprise. Vice President Li Chenggui introduced the school's educational situation, stating that the core of vocational education lies in cultivating students' practical abilities and innovative spirit, which cannot be achieved without close cooperation with enterprises. I hope to establish a long-term cooperation mechanism through the joint efforts of both schools and enterprises, and achieve resource sharing and complementary advantages. Both parties stated that they will actively strengthen cooperation between schools and enterprises in the future, carry out cooperation in internship and training, teacher exchange, and other aspects, jointly promote the deepening development of industry education integration, cultivate more high-quality technical and skilled talents that meet social needs, assist local economic and social development, and achieve tripartite construction, win-win, and sharing.
